Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ModCloth finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are intact and included.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
